Known for blending strategic thinking with a down-to-earth style, Qam supports leaders, providers, and global companies as they navigate market entry, operational improvement, and cross-border expansion. His work reflects a deep respect for tradition—steady leadership, responsible stewardship, and a commitment to strengthening the systems that support older adults and the people who care for them.

Before establishing Q Consulting Canada, Qam led enterprise development and North American strategy for a global GRC software organisation, building partnerships across long-term care, retirement living, disability support, and home care. His experience gives him a rare understanding of both the operational realities on the ground and the strategic considerations in the boardroom.
